Liverpool host city rivals Everton in the early Premier League kick off on Saturday and we should see plenty of goals in this Merseyside derby.

The Reds rediscovered their form prior to the international break after an awful start to 2017 and head into the clash having picked up 10 points from the last 15 available.

Everton brushed West Brom and Hull aside at Goodison Park in their previous two fixtures, scoring seven goals without reply over the course of those two games, but away from home they’ve been less impressive.

The visitors haven’t managed a win at Anfield since 1999 and that run could well continue beyond Saturday as Liverpool bid to hold on to a top four spot.

Jurgen Klopp was dealt a huge blow over the international break as Adam Lallana sustained a thigh injury and is unavailable. With Jordan Henderson rated as a doubt Klopp may be without two regulars in his Liverpool midfield but they have a reasonably strong squad and should be able to cope with their absentees.

Everton of course lost Seamus Coleman to a horror leg-break and Ronald Koeman also has issues in midfield with Morgan Schneiderlin and James McCarthy considered doubts.

Liverpool have won three in a row at home heading into this clash and after seeing off Spurs and Arsenal they can claim another three points on Saturday. Everton have only managed two wins in their last 10 away games but with Romelu Lukaku in the side they always carry a goal threat and both teams to score at 20/27 looks a solid call for this early kick off.

My top bet is the 41/20 on a home win with both teams to score, while a 3-1 win at 13/1 also appeals.
