Sevilla head to Deportivo La Coruna in La Liga this evening and can end a six-match winless streak against their struggling hosts.
The Sevillistas have not managed a victory since dumping Manchester United out of the Champions League over a month ago but have had some tough matches during that time, having faced Barcelona and Bayern Munich twice.
Depor have given their survival hopes a boost with two successive wins but remain deep in trouble and are five points adrift of safety.
Sevilla have an excellent record at the Estadio Riazor, with three wins in their last five La Liga trips there, and they can claim another success as they bid to move ahead of Villarreal into sixth spot.
La Coruna have managed just four home wins in 16 attempts in La Liga this season and none of those wins have come against sides currently any higher than 10th in the table.
Sevilla should prove too strong and as Depor simply have to push for the win, the away side are likely to get plenty of opportunities on the counter.
Depor may have been struggling for points but they have only failed to score in two of their last 10 home games and may make a breakthrough – even if ultimately they fail to get anything out of the game.
