Liverpool host Manchester City at Anfield at teatime on Sunday with the Reds looking to make it four wins in a row against the reigning Premier League champions.
The Reds have had something of an Indian sign over the Citizens so far in 2018, inflicting a first Premier League loss of the season on them in January, before winning both legs of their Champions League quarter-final tie in April.
However, the Merseysiders are without a win in their least three games and even a minor blip may prove costly against a City side who have won four in a row following a shock Champions League reverse at home to Lyon.
The added motivation of avenging three straight losses to their rivals may also help give the visitors the edge, with a City win and both teams to score at 57/20 an intriguing prospect.
The early game on Sunday sees Fulham play host to an Arsenal side who are starting to move through the gears under new head coach Unai Emery.
The Gunners have won eight games in a row in all competitions and are starting to show clear signs of a positive evolution under Emery, which is bad news for a Cottagers side who have shipped 16 goals in seven league games so far this season.
Later in the afternoon Southampton play host to Chelsea, who are also enjoying a fine start to the season under their new man in charge – Maurizio Sarri.
A 2-0 loss to Manchester City in the Community Shield has been followed by ten games unbeaten in all competitions, with Sarri seemingly starting to get the very best out of star forward Eden Hazard.
Their last three victories have all come by a single-goal margin, so expect the Blues to edge it at St Marys, while being resolute against their hosts, who have only won once in the Premier League so far this season.
