Hazard will be the difference against Man United

Chelsea vs. Man United

These games are always a different class for me. You’ve got the added spice of Jose Mourinho going back to Chelsea and Stamford Bridge. You’ve got Chelsea going strong and then you’ve got United’s form which is still very much up and down. It’ll be interesting to see if United show more character from the off in this one as Chelsea will undoubtedly go at them from the first whistle.

In Hazard, Chelsea have the most inform player in the division for me and I think he’ll be the difference again.

Eden Hazard to score – 11/10

Chelsea to win 2-1 – 15/2

Sheffield Wednesday vs. Middlesbrough

One of my old sides Middlesbrough, have started the season well and they’re on the road at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday night. This’ll be a tough game for Tony Pulis’ men though as Wednesday are in good form themselves. I think Boro will be in the promotion push at the end of the season but I think they might have to settle for a draw on this occasion.

Sheff Wed vs. Middlesbrough draw – 11/5

1-1 correct score – 5/1

West Ham vs. Spurs

A London Derby that could go either way. West Ham have improved at home, especially against the big boys, they beat Man United at the London Stadium and put in a good showing when drawing with Chelsea. I think Spurs will pose more of a challenge than United did, for sure. It should be a terrific game and I fancy goals.

+2.5 goals – 20/31

Arsenal vs. Leicester

Arsenal are on a great run at the moment. Yes they haven’t played the toughest of opposition, but you can only beat what’s put in front of you. And with every passing game, I think they look a bit more solid and settled at the back.

Going forward there’s never been a problem for the Gunners and they can score in any match, which is why I think they’ll find the net a few times on Monday night. Leicester are usually good for goals too and the likes of Jamie Vardy and James Maddison will cause Arsenal problems. So I think this’ll be an entertaining game, but being at the Emirates, Arsenal will shade it.

Arsenal to win and BTTS – 13/10

There’s been a lot of debate in recent weeks about who’s currently the ‘third best’ player in the world. Who would get the nod from you?

Messi and Ronaldo are definitely still the top two for me, no doubt. Third is difficult because you’ve got a host of players who are operating at a really high level week in, week out. Griezmann, Hazard, Neymar, Modric. But the one I’m going to go for is Kylian Mbappe. For a man so young, he was incredible at the World Cup and he’s carried that form on. He scored 4 goals the other week in about 12 minutes. He’s already achieved so much at such a young age and I think the most exciting thing is that he’s still only going to get better.

Kylian Mbappe to be 2018/19 Champions League Top Scorer – 14/1

If you were picking a Premier League Golden Boot winner right now, who would it be?

Always a tricky one because you’re gambling with injuries as well. Nothing worse than putting your money on someone to do the business over the course of the season and then the next day they’re ruled out for six weeks! But if I had to pick one player right now I would probably go with Sergio Aguero. He’s going to get so many chances at City and he will play regularly.

And for a bit more of a value bet, I’d be looking at Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. He’d be my second choice and one that might tempt a few people.

Sergio Aguero to win the Golden Boot – 3/1

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to win the Golden Boot – 11/1
