Bayer Leverkusen head to Nurnberg in the Bundesliga this evening and it could be a fairly comfortable night for the visitors.
Bayer Leverkusen -1 @ 9/5
Bayer have four wins in their last seven games and have been in good scoring form, having failed to hit the target just once during that run.
Leverkusen went down 3-0 at RB Leipzig in their last away game but Nurnberg should be a far easier assignment for Heiko Herrlich’s men. Prior to that loss, Bayer managed back-to-back away wins as they thrashed Borussia Monchengladbach 5-0 in the DfB Pokal and hammered Werder Bremen 6-2.
Nurnberg have conceded 29 goals in just 12 Bundesliga games so far and their only home wins have come against Dusseldorf and Hannover, the other teams in the bottom three. The hosts have been well beaten by both Hoffenheim and Stuttgart at the Max-Morlock-Stadion and Bayer can become the next side to claim a big win at Nurnberg.
Houston Rockets -2 @ 25/28
Houston have found a bit of form and head to Minnesota overnight after back-to-back victories over San Antonio Spurs and Chicago Bulls.
The Rockets had lost four in a row prior to their big win over Spurs and they can continue their revival by seeing off a faltering Timberwolves outfit.
The hosts have managed just two wins in their last five home games and Houston should be able to beat a -2 handicap in the spread at the Target Center.
