Remember, if the cards dealt have a hand value that exceeds 9, consider the first number of the exceeded number, as your new hand value. Follow these rules to improve your gameplay:

No cards can be drawn if both player’s hand value total is 8 or 9.
Cards can be drawn if both player’s hand value total is not 8 or 9.
The dealer draws a new card when the player’s hand value is less than 6.
The dealer can draw no cards if its hand value total is 7, 8 or 9.
The dealer can draw a new card if its hand value total is 0,1 or 2.
Dealer’s hand value between 3 and 6, allows him to draw a new card based on the third card value of the player. (if a third draw was made for the player).

Betting Types in Baccarat

While playing Baccarat online, you can place three types of bets, – banker’s bet, players bet, and tie bet. Let’s see what each one stands for.

Banker’s Bet – Within the gameplay, when you choose to place your bets on the dealer’s hand, it is called a banker’s bet. So, if the player’s hand value is 6 and the dealer’s hand value is 8, the player who has placed their bet on the dealer’s hand, win!

This bet type has the highest chances of winning, and the payout is 95 percent of your betting amount.

Player’s Bet – Within the gameplay, when you place your bet on the player’s hand, it is called player’s bet. So, if the player’s hand value is 7 and the dealer’s hand value is 5, the player who has placed their bet on the player’s hand, win!

This bet type is the second most preferred one, and the payout is double your betting amount.

Tie Bet – This bet is as simple as its name, and when the hand value of both the player and dealer happens to be the same, it is said to be a tie bet. So, if you place a tie bet and the player’s hand value is 7 and the dealer’s hand value is also 7, you win.

The nature of a tie taking place is uncertain, which is why it is said to be unfavourable and an unsafe bet. The payout is – 8:1 or 9:1
